Legal Aid & Pro Bono
I am approved by the Ministry of Justice to act on legal aid for civil and criminal cases, as well as for appeals. I offer pro-bono assistance for deserving cases.
I am approved by the Ministry of Justice at litigation experience level 3 for:
Court of Appeal and Supreme Court;
Civil; and
Criminal
I am approved for all criminal legal aid work up to the top PAL 4 categorisation.
